Advantages:

Погостив в Калининграде перебрались в Пионерское, с переездом помог сам хозяин. Приятный мужчина, подробно рассказал что и как по квартире. Расположение квартиры очень удобное, рядом с подъездом огромная детская площадка, отличная кофейня и магазин, до пляжа 5 минут пешком. Отдыхали четвером двое детей и два взрослых, в двух комнатах расположились отлично, в одной комнате хорошая кровать, а в другой огромный раскладкой диван. Был интернет вифи, все работало без проблем. В большой комнате отличный телевизор. Бумаги всяких средств и посуды на кухне навалом, ничего докупать не пришлось. Рекомендую.
