Дом, где находится квартира построен в 2011 году, отличная шумо- звукоизоляция, имеет хорошее расположение. Рядом находится супермаркет и маленькие магазинчики. Автобусная остановка в 100 метрах от дома, жд вокзал в 5 минутах ходьбы. В городе имеется шикарный кинотеатр с доступными ценами. Пляж один из лучших на Балтике. Для тихого отдыха построен в этом году парк с выходом на море, до Калининграда 20-25 минут на автомобиле по скоростной дороге. Рядом находятся курортные города Светлогорск и Зеленоградск. Вдоль моря проходит велодорожка более 40 км, пункты проката велосипедов есть в городе и на парковке Казино. Пионерский более тихий городок в отличии от других курортов. Свежий, морской воздух способствует хорошему сну и прибавит сил после возвращения домой. Всегда рады вам на янтарном побережье.
