Advantages:

Хорошее расположение Хозяйка контактная, старается во всём Ремонт свежий, как и сам дом, но везде строительная пыль. Это немного усложняет проживание

Disadvantages:

Посуда была не вся чистая, очень не хватало шторки в ванной, из-за этого приходилось постоянно мыть пол в ванной комнате
