Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение. В соседнем доме магазин SPAR, в 5 минутах ходьбы ЖД и авто вокзал. До Моря очень близко. Квартира просторная, уютная. Рядом с домом красивый сквер с детской площадкой. Хозяева очень доброжелательные.

Disadvantages:

Не понятно куда выкидывать мусор.
