В шаговой доступности находится балтийское море (500 м до побережья), автобусная и ж/д остановка (200 м), парк, во дворе детская площадка, магазины. Чистое постельное бельё на 3 спальных места (диван на 2 места и кресло кровать, полотенца, посуда - все в наличии. В 15 минутах езды находится Светлогорск ( 5 мин на электричке) в 40 минутах - Калининграда. Вся мебель раскладывается. Без животных.
